Prevention is the set of actions and measures that fundamentally prevents crime and actuality of criminal ideas and fights with the roots and causes of the crime emergence.Penal and non-penal prevention is inevitable. Today, what is a new approach to the delinquency monitoring includes all individual and public actions except applying criminal law with the aim of removing potential environments for committing actions that are crime. In the meantime, the role of Islamic teachings in purification of social and organizational environment, reduction of abuse and crime, and also the place of Islamic teachings approaches in prevention program and Islamic legal system is of particular importance. The findings of this study indicate that prevention of crime is a two-way flow based on Islamic teachings and both police and people have constructive and effective role in it. In the meantime, the special attention of police (NAJA) managers and staff to Islamic teachings and prohibitive factors of crime such as: belief in monotheism, belief in resurrection, the role and impact of prayer, enjoining the good and forbidding the evil, charity and kindness, hijab and chastity, monitoring, public education, prevention by family, love and kindness, communication with righteous, the method of modeling and model making, promotion of patience culture, tolerance and thanksgiving, the culture of contentment and avoidance of prodigality, the impact of repentance, and operationalize and execute of them in individual and organizational learning and training system could be useful and effective in prevention of abuse and crime.
