The objective of this research is presenting models for discovering the crime prevention actors and utilizing them in the preventive contributions.The type of this research is applied and descriptive and applied via library and attributional studies method.Four models for determining the actors' combination in the prevention context is raised: the first model is the actors determination model according to the playing role for occurrence of crime and the second model is based on the crime prevention process. The third model is determining the actors according to their nature and the fourth model is choosing the actors according to the crime prevention levels. The results of this study indicate that the second model means organizing the actors according to the crime prevention process is more effective than the other models.

Economic analysis of criminal law applies economic methods and tools to study crimes and responds to them. Estimation of costs of criminal justice, sources and their allocation, are the subject of economic analysis of efficacy of criminal justice programs. Prevention of crime is one the basic strategies in social control area. Although global experience in different policy areas of social crimes management is provided, and several theorists in the field provide theories, but in Iran, yet the lack of a comprehensive policy in this area is felt more than ever. In the years after the Glorious Islamic Revolution domination of political economical and security in the field of social harms has been caused to horrible absences of macro-social perspective in detection, management and control of social crimes in the planning, implementation and judicial fields. The present paper is an attempt to take advantage of library and documentary study while reviewing the status of social crimes and the resulting problems in the country, weaknesses and vagueness of this research will also be examined. At the end of this attempt with Utilizing a comprehensive ecological model and theoretical approaches in the field of literature and the experience of similar programs in Iran and the World, appropriate strategies and programs to identify and manage social crimes are given.
